We keep all of our data in a safe and secure spreadsheet that we share with you. Once an item is delivered, we will note it as received in the spreadsheet with any other relevant details. Some of these details include: inspection notes, grades, and any problems with the item.

A typical FBA shipment will take between 24-48 hours to prep and ship to your FBA account. Delays could happen depending on the list of shipments we have for that day. (Excluding Saturdays and Sundays)

Fees? Nope! We currently don’t have any fees in order to sign up for our service.

Here is the best part, you do not have to sign a contract. You can use our service for as short or long as you would like. You can use us for one month, take a six month break, and then come back. You are free to come and go as you please.

We charge for storage at the beginning of each month.

OA/RA is the basis of our business! We definitely have the know how to prep OA/RA items.

Absolutely, we only ask you to let us know when you’re coming. There is no charge for dropping off locally.
